Inspector Notes: Observed bathroom light in room 140 was not operable. It also appears that bathroom fan was not working either. Owner checked breaker which appear to be fine. Appears to be an electrical issue. Owner is checking bathroom electrical issue further and will contact an electrician to correct problem if needed.


25 – floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors clean, and in good repair; appropriate for location and operation

Inspector Notes: Observed walls in rooms 140, 145, 153 appear to be visibly soiled and stained. Walls have been previously painted. Owner believes that staining and discoloration is due to faulty paint. Owner is to wash and clean walls in rooms noted above and repaint walls if needed.

Inspector Notes: Observed that window curtain in room 153 appeared to have cigarettes burn holes in several areas on the curtain. Curtain most likely cannot be repaired is to be replaced by 9/6/22. Will allow more time to replace curtain if matching curtain cannot be obtained by 9/6/22.
