Inspector Notes: Observed package of pork/chicken hot dogs expired on 10/31/21. Also containers of sour cream were expired on 04/24/22. TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) items have long past expiration date. COS: CFSM discarded all items.

Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed the True unit in kitchen still does not have any lighting on the inside. No light on inside of unit. CFSM will have light by 06/08/22. Also, kitchen is getting too hot. Employees were sweating. Will have a cooling unit for the kitchen by 07/10/22. Unit can be standing unit as long as it cools down the kitchen.
