On January 24, 2022, at approximately 0925 hours, at the request of Chief Wendell Cofer, Lieutenant Patrick Trolinger responded to Rathel’s Towing & Auto Sales, 917 Colquitt Hwy., regarding a Burglary; Forced Entry.

On Monday, January 24, 2022, at approximately 1843 hours, Deputy Dustin Harvey responded to 3246 Bethel Road, in reference to a Trespass. Deputy Harvey made contact with Beth and informed her that the six individuals where now Trespassed from the residence of 3246 Bethel Road and that she was being Trespassed from the property of 3234 Bethel Road. Beth acknowledged and stated that she was not going to go onto their property.

On January 24, 2022, at approximately 1700 hours, Deputy Vontrail Smith spoke with Christina Shannon over the phone, in reference to a Trespassing. Christina advised Deputy Smith that she wanted her ex-boyfriend, Justin McGalliar, trespassed from her residence located at 463 River Oaks Drive, Bainbridge Ga. Christina advised Deputy Smith that Justin lives in Thomasville. Deputy Smith then made contact with Justin over the phone at 1724 hours. Deputy Smith advised Justin that he was Trespassed from 463 River Oaks Rd. Justin stated that he would not return to that address unless invited.

On Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at approximately 1703 hours, Deputy Roddrick Murphy responded to 212 School Rd., in reference to a Stolen Property call. Upon arrival Deputy Murphy made contact with Antionio Cooper and his wife Ruby Williams. Ruby stated that when she and her husband arrived home, they noticed that 2 of their puppies that they were selling for $700 each, were missing.

On Friday, January 21, 2022, at 0900 hours, Sergeant Chris Jackson and Corporal Jordan Phillips responded to 149 Bethany Church Road Lot 5, in Brinson, Georgia, in reference to a Domestic. Due to the report of Physical Domestic Violence by both Baker and Carlton, as well as numerous calls at the residence for reported Domestic Violence. Jamie Carlton was arrested for Simple Assault (FV) and Derrick Baker was arrested for Simple Battery (FV).

On Friday, January 21, 2022, at approximately 1639 hours, Deputy Roddrick Murphy responded to 137 Chapman Hall Rd., in reference to a Domestic. Upon arrival, Deputy Murphy made contact with Elizabeth Garlick who was sitting in her neighbor’s home. Elizabeth stated that when her sister came over, her boyfriend, Arlie Burris, started yelling at her sister telling her to leave. Elizabeth also stated that once her sister left Arlie started throwing plates on the floor and threatening her.

On January 22, 2022, at around 1949 hours, Deputy Marvin Knight responded to Bishop Travel Center, in reference to Damage to Property. Upon arrival Deputy Knight spoke with Carolyn Wilson who stated, she was heading North on Highway 27. While driving, she heard a loud noise that came from the side of her vehicle. Wilson then saw what appeared to be three male subjects running away.
