On Sunday, January 2, 2022, at approximately 1822 hours, Deputy Hollis Smith made a traffic stop on Spring Creek Road at Ten Mile Still Road, on a 2012 Ford F250, with no tag displayed on the vehicle. Cpl. Tim Fowler assisted with the traffic stop. Decatur Grady 911 advised that the 2012 Ford F250 was reported Stolen out of Newton, KS. Cpl. Tim Fowler placed Weyman under arrest at this time and transported her to the Decatur County Jail for booking.

On Monday, January 3, 2022, at approximately 1600 hours, Decatur County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Adam Mobley and Inv. Justin Kelly began an investigation into the theft of a Kubota B2710 Tractor from Whigham, Grady County, Georgia. Inv. Mobley received information on this date from Whigham Police Office Rusty Evans that a suspect named Zach Watson was in possession of the above-mentioned stolen tractor. Officer Evans informed the affiant that Zach Watson lived at 801 Woodhull Road and the stolen tractor was recently seen on that property.

On 01/04/2022, at approximately 1400 hours, Lt. Presilla was located at Decatur County Sheriff’s Office lobby, for court security. While working the metal detector, Lt. Presilla observed Lisa Faircloth get out of a chair in the lobby and began to walk outside the building. Kimberly Morrison got up from her chair and began to walk out the lobby door. Lt. Presilla walked to the lobby door and observed Kimberly grab Lisa by the hair of her head and pull Lisa to the ground.
