On Friday, November 12, 2021, at about 11:01 PM, I, Investigator Toby Miller of the Criminal Investigations Division of the Bainbridge Public Safety Department, conducted a traffic stop investigation on a white, Nissan Sentra, with a Florida tag number of DBG4701. The investigation subsequently resulted in the arrest of the driver, Devonta Rashard Moore, for the charges of failure to maintain lane, possession of drug related objects, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent within 1000 feet of a school, possession of a firearm during the commission of certain crimes, driving under the influence, and no license on person. This case has been CLEARED BY THE ARREST of Devonta Rashard Moore.
