On Friday, November 12, 2021, at about 8:16pm, I, Investigator Toby Miller, of the Criminal Investigations Division of the Bainbridge Public Safety Department, investigated an entering automobile incident at the address of 1414 Woodland Drive in the City of Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia. This case remains active pending further investigation.
