On February 21, 2021, at approximately 1830 hours, Deputy Dustin Strickland answered a call from Decatur/Grady 911, in reference to offender, Sheila McMillian, wanting a phone call in regards to victim/offender, Joey McMillian calling and harassing her. Both Joey and Sheila called E-911 numerous times on 2/21/2021, in reference to each other calling the other party and harassing them. Sheila and Joey were both arrested and transported to the Decatur County Jail.

On February 22, 2021 at approximately 1856 hours, Deputy Jordan Phillips was patrolling the area of 97 South and Southland’s Road. While traveling south on Highway 97 South, Dep. Phillips observed a vehicle traveling north on Highway 97 South at a high rate of speed. Dep. Phillips asked Mach for his driver’s license. Mach stated to Dep. Phillips that he did not have a valid driver’s license. Mach was arrested and transported to the Decatur County Jail.

Smith then requested that 2 subjects, identified as Leslie Williams, the original complainant, and Wendy Daniel be Trespassed from her property at 149 Bethany Church road. Dep. Wilkinson then advised both subjects that they were Trespassed and that they were not to return to 149 Bethany Church road.
