Update: Child has been found

Decatur County Sheriff’s Office and Bainbridge Public Safety are searching for a missing juvenile. Joel Lumpkin, age 12, was last seen at his residence on Brock St off Newton Road. He is 4′ 11″ tall and weighs 85 lbs. He was wearing a yellow t-shirt and neon green basketball shorts. If you see a boy matching this description, call 911 immediately!!
