Adelaide Ruth Willson, age 96, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017, at Memorial Hospital in Bainbridge, Georgia. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 26, 2017, at Cedar Grove Cemetery, in Climax, Georgia. The Rev. Steve Poppell will officiate.
Ms. Willson was a resident of Climax, Georgia for over 35 years; living with her daughter, Louise Peak and husband, Ray. She truly served the Lord. Adelaide enjoyed reading her Bible and listening to her favorite gospel TV channel. She admired her beloved fur baby, Sir Sheldon. Adelaide Willson will be dearly missed.
Ms. Willson is survived by her daughter, Louise Peak and husband, Ray of Climax; son, Don Willison, Jr. of Apalachicola, Florida; grandson, Don Willson, III of Apalachicola; granddaughter, Raymona Peak DePappa of Climax; great-granddaughter, Jennifer DePappa of Climax; grandson, Donald ONeal Peak and wife, Sheila of Climax; great-grandson, Dustin ONeal Peak and wife, Kendyl McClendon Peak; great-great-grandson, Dallon Peak; and great-great-granddaughter, Isaline Peak, all of Rincon, Georgia.
