Inspector Notes: Observed ice used to serve to customers in cups stored in ice chest and not draining. Ice chest sitting on floor. Ice scoop stored in the ice chest with handle touching the ice. The ice scoop handle can not touch the ice. Will have an ice chest/bin that will self drain by 08/28/23. EH will follow up. Will swap coolers with ice stored in the red box to self drain. Beer will be stored in ice chest.
