If it still shows evidence of mold/mildew, he stated he will strip caulking and re-caulk tub/shower. Caulking to be cleaned or stripped and replaced by Friday (05/19/23).

If walls cannot be satisfactorily cleaned to sight and touch, repaint walls in noted rooms by 07/31/2023.
