Inspector Notes: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41° in Blue Air Unit #1 located at front line. TCS foods must be cold held at 41° or below. See temperature log for said items. COS: PIC discarded all product and called a repairman to look at unit today. Do not use until it is operating properly.
