| Narrative | On Thursday, November 3, 2022, at approximately 1439, Hours Sergeant William McClanahan, Captain Adam Mobley, Investigator Justin Kelly, Sgt Tim Fowler, Lt John Presilla, and Cpl. Bradley Hanks were responding to 123 7th street Bainbridge, Ga., to serve a Bench Warrant for Brinson Bail Bonds, on Dontorrius Davis. While in route to 123 7TH street Davis was driving on Dollar Drive and noticed deputies driving toward him, Davis then turned down a side road. Sgt McClanahan headed down Ashley Road and got behind Davis with his emergency lights and siren activated. Davis started a vehicle pursuit and did not pull over. Davis was arrested and transported to the Decatur County Jail. |

At which time, Officer Fillingame reported that one of the DCCI inmates assigned to his control, identified as Conner Doyle Wilkes, escaped custody by fleeing on foot from the above address. On the above date, at approximately 15:45 hours, DCCI Inmate Conner Doyle Wilkes was apprehended on Decatur County Arrest Warrant 22-1302FW for the offense of felony escape by Georgia Department of Corrections Officers, Brandon Jewel, and Kevin Gutcho in a wooded area off of River Road. |
