On Friday, July 8, 2022, at approximately 1955 hours, Dep. Roddrick Murphy conducted a security check at Donald’s Grocery (5129 Vada RD.). Upon securing the business, Dep. Murphy noticed two individuals arguing. Dep. Murphy walked up to the two individuals that were arguing and asked them what was going on. William Harrell, the store owner, stated that Lea Barrett was refusing to pay for the gas she put inside her vehicle.
