On Monday, March 14, 2022, at approximately 1537 hours, Sgt Gabriel Cofer, Sgt Christopher Jackson, and Deputy Hollis Smith, responded to 317 Smith Landing Road, in reference to Terroristic Threats.

On Thursday, March 17, 2022, at approximately 1806 hours, (Cpl.) Corporal Timothy Fowler responded to 220 Simmons McIntyre Road, in reference to a Welfare Check. Cpl. Fowler made contact with Allen who was at the intersection of Tallahassee Highway and Simmons McIntyre Road. Allen stated she was ok and did not want any assistance, just for the people around her house to leave her alone. Cpl. Fowler ran Allen through Decatur Grady 911 where she come back Wanted, out of the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office, for Failure to Appear and had a Bench Warrant for her arrest. Allen was then transported to Decatur County Jail for which she was booked on her charges.

On Saturday, March 19, 2022, at approximately 2100 hours, Deputy Dustin Harvey, Deputy David Kirkland, Deputy David Green, and Sergeant Charles King responded to 1500 East Shotwell Street, in reference to an individual Wanted out of the Sheriff’s Office. Horne was transported to the Decatur County Jail.

On Sunday, March 20, 2022, at approximately 0022 hours, Dep. Roddrick Murphy responded to Faceville Hwy., at Duke Wells Road, in reference to a Vehicle on Fire.

OFFENDER: OLIVIA CORRINE MOORE

On Saturday, March 19, 2022, at approximately 1257 hours, Deputy Patrick Wilkinson advised over the patrol radio that he had received a phone call that a white Ford Focus with a white female driver was leaving Jeter Street very intoxicated with an unknown direction of travel. Deputy Smith located the 2004 Ford Focus driven by a white female (Olivia C. Moore) leaving Quick Buys, in Climax, Georgia. Deputy Smith witnessed, Olivia Moore, back out of the parking spot in front of Quick Buys and nearly back into the wooded area on the side of the store because of the quick acceleration. Deputy Smith pulled into the parking lot and activated his blue lights and sirens; initiating a uniform traffic stop. The Ford Focus came to a stop in the parking lot of the Climax Post Office. Moore exited the vehicle and began walking up to Deputy Smith’s Patrol Vehicle. Moore was covered in green paint. Deputy Smith advised Moore several times to get back into her vehicle. Deputy Smith could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Moore’s person. Moore was transported to the Decatur County Jail and charged with Driving without Insurance and Open Container.
