Darley asked Clark what he needed to do about someone dumping illegally on his property. Clark asked him to explain. Darley stated that sometime during the daytime hours on 09/27/2021 unknown persons had dumped a large quantity of building supplies and garbage on some of his farm property located on Palmer Road.
