Inspector Notes: Observed a vegetable sink being used as a handwash sink. Handwash sink is broken. A handwash sink must be working properly and not used for any other purposes. Observed no paper towels at handwash sink. Handwash sink must be equipped with paper towels, hot water, soap, and proper signage at all times. PIC stated it would be repaired within two weeks. PIC replaced paper towels at time of inspection.
