He did not know is was not a manager certificate. EH explained to him the difference. Ricky stated he will have his CFSM certification by 03/19/26. He will contact EH when he does have his certificate.

PIC stated they are the next KFC to repair/replace broken floor tiles. Will be finished by next inspection.
