Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Inc. is voluntarily recalling a limited number of select flavors of Outshine Fruit Bars due to possible foreign material contamination with glass.

L-Nutra of Culver City, California is recalling Prolon brand Apulian Almond & Cocoa Spread because it contains undeclared cashew, pistachio, and hazelnut. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to cashew, pistachio, and/or hazelnut run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
The product was distributed via L-Nutra’s e-commerce site, ProlonLife.com, either as a direct purchase or included in certain Prolon product bundles.
Recalled product can be identified as follows:
- Prolon brand Apulian Almond & Cocoa Spread, packaged in 8.47oz (240g) glass jars with UPC 850040360530.
- The recalled lot is L2755, and the expiration date is January 2, 2027, which can be found on the jar cap, directly beneath the expiration date.

To date, L-Nutra has documented one confirmed allergic reaction associated with this product.
The recall was initiated after testing confirmed the presence of undeclared tree nut allergens in product that did not disclose these ingredients on its label. The cause is still under investigation.
At this time, Lot L2755 is the only lot known to be affected. Consumers who have the recalled product should stop consuming it immediately and discard the product or complete our short recall response form to arrange a return.

Indus Foods, LLC, doing business as Gangothri Foods, an Austin, Tex. firm, is recalling approximately 1,626 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) pickled goat and chicken products that were produced without the benefit of inspection, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
The RTE pickled goat and chicken products were produced between January 28, 2025, and May 6, 2026, and have a two-year shelf life. The following products are subject to recall
- 8-oz. glass jars containing “Gangothri Goat Pickle”
- 8-oz. glass jars containing “Gangothri Gongura Goat Pickle”
- 8-oz. glass jars containing “Gangothri Chicken Pickle”
- 8-oz. glass jars containing “Gangothri Gongura Chicken Pickle”
The products subject to recall do not bear a USDA mark of inspection. The affected products were sold to restaurants, retail locations, and distributors nationwide and direct to consumers online.










The problem was discovered during FSIS surveillance activities. There have been no confirmed reports of illness due to consumption of these products. Anyone concerned about a reaction should contact a healthcare provider.
FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers’ pantries or on restaurant and distributor shelves. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them, and restaurants and distributors are urged not to serve or sell them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.

The Hampton Grocers, Inc. of Montauk, NY is recalling Lacnola Lactation Granola, 8oz, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis and arthritis.
Lacnola Lactation Granola was distributed nationwide through mail orders on thehamptongrocers.com, and other online retailers (Amazon) between October 21, 2025 and August 12th, 2026.
The recalled Lacnola Lactation Granola from The Hampton Grocers, Inc. is packaged in a pink 8oz stand up pouch, with UPC: 850035324554.
The affected lot codes are:
- Lot HGLC-102125 with expiration date of 21OCT2026
- Lot HGLC-021326 with expiration date of 13FEB2027
Lot codes and expiration dates appear on the back of the bags on the upper left side, printed in black ink.

No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this product.
The potential for contamination was realized upon notification from an ingredient supplier that a sample of one of their products tested positive for Salmonella. The affected product contains an ingredient, organic moringa powder, also used in the Lacnola Lactation Granola.
Production of the product has been suspended while the FDA and the company continue their investigations as to the source of the problem.
Consumers who have purchased 8 ounce packages of “Lacnola Lactation Granola” are urged to dispose of the product and contact the place of purchase for a full refund.
