Lesia Holt Booth, 66, of Pelham, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2026.
The memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at the pavilion at Earle May Boat Basin. Online visitors may sign the guest register at www.bryantfuneralga.com. Lesia Ann Holt was born November 11, 1959, in Albany, GA, the daughter of W.E. & Ruby Murkerson Holt. After high school, she earned certification as a certified nursing assistant and licensed practical nurse. Lesia was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Lesia was a kind and compassionate woman who put her family first. Her grandchildren were her heart, and she enjoyed every moment spent with them. Lesia loved to crochet and anything green. Most recently, she worked as a clerk at Junior Mall, where she enjoyed seeing the people who came through the door. She was a peacemaker who was always ready to listen, help, or simply be there for someone. Lesia was angel on earth and a woman who made people feel loved and cared for.
Survivors include her children, LeeAnn Holt and James Booth; her grandchildren, Trenton, Layla, and one on-the-way; her husband, Steve Decker; her brother, Larry Holt; and a host of extended family. In addition to her parents, Lesia was preceded in death by her brother, Rev. Roy Holt
