Glenda Evelyn Pollock was born April 26, 1962, in Camilla, GA, the daughter of G.H. & Virginia Hall Pollock. She earned associate degrees in medical administration and drafting. She tapped into her natural problem solving skills working as a financial specialist with Southern Regional Technical College. Glenda attended Anchor Christian Fellowship.

At the heart of her life was her family. Glenda loved her children and grandchildren and treasured every moment spent with them. She was outgoing yet humble, kind, independent, and steady in every situation. If there was a problem to solve, she was the one everyone called. Resourceful and determined, Glenda could accomplish just about anything she set her mind to.

Glenda enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time tending her flower beds, where she found peace and satisfaction. She lived simply, worked hard, and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Her steady nature, willingness to help, and quiet confidence made her someone others naturally depended on. Her influence lives on in the family she loved so deeply and in the countless everyday lessons she passed along by example.

Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Charles Wolfe, Sr.; her daughter, Jessica Godby; her stepsons, Charles Wolfe, Jr. (Angie) and Derrick Wolfe; her grandchildren, Georgia & John, Megan & Dylan, Lelia, Lillie, Gabe, and Jeffrey; and her great-grandchildren, Jaiden, Tripp, Jaicee, Jakin, and Whitley. In addition to her parents, Glenda was preceded in death by her siblings, Grady Pollock, Margie Crawford, and Patricia Dawes.

Bryant Funeral Home, located at 105 N. Florida Street, is assisting the family with arrangements. (229-246-3321)
