Robert Amidei, age 72, of Cairo, Georgia, passed away on June 4, 2025, at the Pinewood Nursing Home in Whigham, Georgia.
A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
Robert Amidei was born on August 3, 1952, in Aurora, Illinois, to Edwin Devore Amidei and Sabina Cano Weber. Mr. Amidei is survived by his mother, Sabina Weber of Cairo; his sisters, Gloria Ann Aguirre and Julie Duran; his brothers, Mike Amidei, Sr. and Edwin Amidei, Jr.; his nephews, Don Aquirre, Michael Aguirre, Jamie Aguirre, Michael Amidei, and Arthur Amidei as well as other nieces and nephews.
