Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of metal shelves in kitchen area. Observed the tables in the dining room are very sticky. While writing up the report, my arms kept sticking to the table. Will have shelves cleaned within three to five days and address the dining room tables within two to three weeks.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled floors throughout kitchen area: debris under the shelves and soiled walls in the storage room area with dry goods. The walls will have to be repainted. Floors and walls will be taken care of within seven to ten days.
