| Narrative | On Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at approximately 1020 hours, Deputy Sam Hughes was notified by Sheriff Wiley Griffin that complainant, Sandra Ecklund, requested to speak to him in regards to offender, Jason Tabb, who had been living at her residence, at 816 Rose Circle, in Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia. 816 Rose Circle is a restricted address for Jason and he is not permitted to reside at this residence. Jason is a Registered Sex Offender, on the Decatur County Sheriff's Office Sex Offender Registry. On July 12, 2023, Investigator Sam Hughes applied for three warrants; for Failure to Register. Magistrate Judge Christine Chaney issued all three warrants. At 1601 hours, Investigator Hughes, Captain Brad Lambert, Investigator Justin Kelly, and Investigator Garrett Wooten were all located at 347 Barber Road where Investigator Hughes arrested Jason Tabb on the outstanding warrants. Investigator Hughes and Investigator Kelly transported Tabb to the Decatur County Jail, where he was turned over to Decatur County Jail Staff. |

| Narrative | On Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at approximately 1845 hours, Corporal Vontrail Fletcher spoke with Complainant Eric Ward over the phone, in reference to Trespassing Melvin Horne from his residence at 4485 Fowlstown Rd., Attapulgus, Ga. Eric advised Corporal Fletcher that Melvin Horne approached several properties in the area with different stories as to why he was there. Eric stated that Melvin was seen on camera looking around the properties even when some of the residences weren't home. |

Trolinger initiated a traffic stop, where Williams was taken in to custody; Broughton St., at Wheat Ave. Williams was transported to the Decatur County Jail where he was booked and processed. |

| Narrative | On Thursday, July 13, 2023, at approximately 1638 hours, Sergeant Dustin Harvey responded to 132 Ruth Drive, in reference to Trespassing a subject. Upon arrival, Sergeant Harvey made contact with the complainant Eva Figueroa. Eva stated that her father owned the property of 168 Ruth Drive and there was a man staying on the property. Eva then stated that the man was in the trailer that is on the property and then he moved to a child's playhouse in the back yard. Sergeant Harvey went to the property of 168 Ruth Drive and made contact with a Luis Lara who was currently homeless. Sergeant Harvey informed Luis that he is being Trespassed from the property and if he comes back onto the property then he will be subject to an arrest. |
