NarrativeOn Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at approximately 1100 hours, deputies along with EMS was dispatched to Metro Power, on Whigham Dairy Rd., regarding a subject whom said he was hit by a vehicle. Lieutenant Patrick Trolinger arrived on scene at 1109 hours; EMS was already on scene. Lt. Trolinger made contact with Brian Freeman. Freeman told Lt. Trolinger he was assaulted by Christopher Cobb; struck in the head with a flashlight and a suspected broken arm.

NarrativeOn 3/28/2023, at approximately 1657 hours, Deputy Jeff Riggins, responded to 201 Old Bainbridge Road, in reference to assisting EMS.  Upon arrival, Deputy Riggins observed EMS leaving the residence and heading to Bainbridge Memorial Hospital.  Dispatch advised Deputy Riggins that EMS was requesting Law Enforcement meet them at the hospital due to the incident being a Physical Domestic.

NarrativeOn Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at approximately 0952 hours, Decatur County Sheriff's Office investigator Gabriel Cofer and Decatur County Sheriff's Office investigator Garrett Wooten, were located in Chief Deputy Wendell Cofer's office, where they were informed that two citizens, Rusty Davis, and Earnest Lloyd, had made a complaint of a Theft.
