Inspector Notes: Observed all of the plastic trays on shelf stacked wet. Trays/pans have to be air dried before stacking. COS: CFSM removed all plastic trays/pans to air dry.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of rolling carts, shelves, inside of the coolers and freezers (Trauslen and Beverair), throughout kitchen and Prince Castle hot holding unit. Will have all things cleaned within five to seven days.
