Inspector Notes: Observed handwashing sink filled with dirty dishes (spoon, pitcher, food container) and food debris. Handwashing sink is used only for handwashing. COS: Employee removed all items.

Inspector Notes: Observed a lot (six or seven) wet wiping cloths laying on all of the food prep tables and not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wet wiping cloths are used to wipe down prep tables. COS: Employee removed all of the wet wiping cloths.


15C – nonfood-contact surfaces clean

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of shelves, food storage containers (large one such as rice and sugar), and soiled equipment (grill, stove, and oven). CFSM stated all items will be cleaned within five to seven days.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled floors and walls throughout kitchen area, behind cooking equipment, dishwasher, shelves, and sink. Observed the corner wall at the pass through from front kitchen to back area was damaged. CFSM will have floors and walls cleaned within five to seven days.
