Vincent Edmond and other DCSO Investigators were on duty and located at 182 Bettstown Road, Bainbridge, Georgia. The purpose for DCSO Deputies being at this location was an attempt to arrest Casey Hyatt, in reference to Superior Court Case. Casey Hyatt was essentially found inside the residence and gave DCSO Investigators a false name before being arrested. DCSO Patrol Deputy Luke McConnell later transported Casey Hyatt to the Decatur County Jail. |

Bainbridge Public Safety also responded on scene and trespassed him from the property. Mr. Smith stated that he understood and left the property. |
