On June 22, 2022, Sergeant Monteze McCall was on duty located in Bainbridge Decatur, County Georgia. While there Sgt. McCall made contact, via phone call, with Taniltras Kirksey. Kirksey advised that she had received help with her financial aid from her Uncle’s Girlfriend, Melisa Dollar. Kirksey advised that she was supposed to receive a refund in the form of a check or direct deposit. Kirksey further stated that after several weeks went by, she noticed that she had not received the refund.

Upon arrival, Sgt Harvey spoke with William Darley III who stated that a Marc Scott hit him 2 or 3 times in the face with what felt like any foreign object and not his fists.
