Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed several wet wiping cloths laying on food prep tables and not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Cloths used to wipe down prep stations. COS: Employee removed all wet wiping cloths.

Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of crusty shelves and food storage containers used for beans and rice. PIC will have all items cleaned within seven days and will repaint shelves.

Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed soiled/greasy floors throughout kitchen area under and behind equipment. Also, water on the tile floor in the dry storage area. PIC will have floors cleaned within two to five days.
