Jones was charged with the following: DUI- Alcohol, Failure to Maintain Lane, Leaving the scene of an Accident, and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. Hinton is being charged with- Consumption of an Alcoholic Beverage as a passenger under 21.

On Monday, April 25, 2022, 1121 hours, Decatur County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the SP Travel Center, located at 2331 Dothan Road Bainbridge, Georgia, in reference to a Possible Stolen Vehicle being located at this location. During this investigation, Brandon Michael Bell was arrested for Theft by Taking (Motor Vehicle) Warrants from the Thomas County Sheriff’s Office. The stolen vehicle was towed by Rathel’s Towing, to its private lot. A small quantity of illegal drugs was seized from the person of Brandon Bell.

On Monday, April 25, 2022, at 0809 hours, Sergeant Chris Jackson, responded to 191 Slough Loop Road, in Bainbridge, Georgia, in reference to Theft of Services, called in by Grady EMC. Upon arrival, Jackson spoke with the complainant, who advised Jackson, the residents, at 191 Slough Loop Road had broken into the power meter located on the property and had been illegally using power for about two weeks. Jackson observed the power meter to have been tampered with and rigged as such to have homemade wiring protruding from the meter box connecting to an extension cord and running towards the residence.

On Friday, April 29, 2022, at 1745 hours, Sergeant Chris Jackson and Deputy Michael Starling attempted to make contact with a Tammy Luttrell at 256 Salem Church Road, in Climax, Georgia. This contact was in reference to Unauthorized Use of Vehicle. Upon arrival, Jackson attempted to make contact at the residence, but it appeared no one was at home. Jackson was contacted by the owner of the vehicle, who was identified as Kenneth Faircloth, and told that Luttrell knew Deputies were at her residence. Faircloth stated Luttrell advised the keys were in the truck, which was parked near the residence, and that Faircloth could come get it. Upon arrival of Faircloth, Jackson was told that Luttrell had charged some other items on his credit cards and Home Debit Cards.
