CFSM stated they will not service ice to the customers until it has been thoroughly cleaned properly. CFSM stated that the ice machine has not been cleaned since last inspection. Will have ice machine cleaned today.

Inspector Notes: Observed rusting shelves up front under cold holding unit and under hand washing skink. There is a build up and debris under the Duke cold holding unit and rust. There is rust on the shelves under hand washing sink in cabinet at front line. Will have 7 – 10 days to clean shelves and replace or paint rusted shelves.
