Inspector Notes: Observed raw chicken, fish, shrimp, beef in and on top thawing at room temperature and not in a colander running under running water. Too many items thawing. COS: EH explained proper thawing practice to CFSM.

Inspector Notes: Observed wet wiping cloths laying on prep tables and not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wet cloths used to wipe down food prep tables. COS: CFSM/PIC removed wet wiping cloths and stored in sanitizing solution.
