The State Land Evaluation and State Meats Evaluation teams competed at their state career development events on November 12th and 13th in Athens, GA. The Land Evaluation Team members were: Shane Hoskins, Brent Miller, Lawson Murray and Pierce Taunton. The Jr. Meats Evaluation Team members were: Riley Bradford, Kaylee Grace Buchanan, Abby Grubbs, Kayleigh Tallent and Haisten Wilkinson. The Sr. Meats Evaluation team members were: Rylan Bland, Addison Cook, Macy Goodman, McKenzie Hand and Rachel Hayes.
The Land Evaluation team placed 11th in the state! The Jr. Meats Evaluation team placed 4th and the Sr. Meats Evaluation team placed 6th in the state contests! Abby Grubbs was 8th High Individual Overall for the junior competitors!
