Inspector Notes: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41°F located in walk in cooler. See temperature log for said items. TCS foods must be cold held at 41° or below. COS: PIC discarded all items. Will use other cooler until walk in cooler has been repaired and maintaining proper temperatures. Can not use WIC until it is operating properly. Contact EH when unit is maintaining proper temperature.
