Maggie Miller, Decatur County 4-H member, recently exhibited the 5th Overall Steer at the Georgia Club Calf Producer Association (GCCPA) Field Day. The GCCPA Steer and Heifer Shows were held at the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry, Georgia on August 22, 2021. Maggie’s steer, raised by Bailey Show Cattle of Bainbridge, was named 5th Overall Steer after placing 1st in Class 5.
Maggie Miller is the daughter of Joey and Jessica Miller and is a 4th grade student at Grace Christian Academy.
The overall objective of GCCPA is to enhance the Georgia Junior Livestock Program by providing special award programs to 4-H and FFA youth who exhibit GCCPA calves and to assist its membership in the production and marketing of genetically superior show cattle.
