Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of large fan in kitchen. A lot of dust and debris on fan. Also several shelves in the kitchen starting to rust. PIC will have fan cleaned by 09/25/21.

Inspector Notes: Observed debris/trash under the shelves in the dry storage room and under the ice cream boxes in the lunchroom. Observed the wall by front hand washing sink in need of repainting. Wall also stained. Corner wall is also broken/damaged. Floors will be cleaned within three days. PIC will address the walls and corner wall with maintenance. Contact EH with a plan of action.
