On April 15, 2021, at approximately 1725 hours, Decatur County Deputies were requested by Decatur County EMS to respond to the address of 130 Hannatown Road, in reference to assisting with gaining entrance into the residence. Corporal Jordan Phillips and Corporal Timothy Fowler arrived on scene and made contact with patient.
