On Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at 0100 hours, Deputy Chris Jackson was dispatched to the area of US 27 South and Mile Marker 3, in Bainbridge, Georgia, in reference to a vehicle that was all over the roadway. Faber, an elderly male age 93 stated he thought he was in Sarasota, Florida. Jackson was able to contact his son and other relatives after locating his cell phone in the car.

On Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at 1049 hours, Decatur County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) Investigator (Inv.) Vincent Edmond was on duty and located at the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office. Inv. Edmond received a phone call from DCSO Patrol Sgt. Justin Kelly. Sgt. Kelly advised that he and DCSO Patrol Lieutenant John Presilla were headed out of town on Vada Road when they stopped to assist Georgia State Patrol (GSP) Trooper Marc Marchant, who was conducting a traffic stop on Vada Road near Mile Marker 32. Sgt. Kelly advised Inv. Edmond that during the traffic stop a bag containing a quantity of suspected MDMA/Ecstasy pills were found.

On April 01, 2021, at approximately 2114 hours, Corporal Timothy Fowler responded to the area of Spring Creek Road and John Sam Road, Bainbridge, GA., in reference to a Welfare Check on a female, that was in a ditch. Upon arrival, Cpl. Fowler made contact with a female walking in the east bound ditch. The female was identified as Shannon Diane Garcia. It was advised by E-911 that Pardon and Paroles wanted to place a hold on Garcia. Cpl. Fowler therefore placed Garcia under arrest and transported her to the Decatur County Jail.
