Inspector Notes: Observed damaged food contact surface of microwave. The inside of microwave is burnt/damaged. PIC will use the second and third microwave. Not replacing damaged one.

Inspector Notes: Observed several bags of expired sliced/cut lettuce in large box located in walk in cooler. Lettuce expired on 12/25/20. Ready to eat TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) lettuce expired two days ago. PIC discarded all of the expired lettuce.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of deep fryers, hand wash sink, ice tea station, and inside of coolers and freezers. PIC will have all items cleaned by 01/05/21.

Inspector Notes: Observed debris under shelves in kitchen, observed soiled walls in kitchen area (something running down the wall), and observed grease build up under and behind cooking equipment. PIC will have floors and walls cleaned by 01/05/21.
