On Monday, December 28, 2020, Investigator (Inv.) Vincent Edmond was on duty and located at the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO). Inv. Edmond was located in the DCSO parking lot and made visual contact with Norris Edwards, who was sitting in a blue Chevrolet Avalanche. Inv. Edmond had earlier today learned that Norris Edwards was Wanted from Clarke County, Georgia, for an Outstanding Probation Violation and from Worth County Sheriff’s Office for Credit Card Fraud. Edwards was placed under arrest and walked back to the jail.
