Inspector Notes: Observed soiled/damaged food contact surfaces of Hamilton Beach microwave. Observed soiled food contact of automatic ice machine. Black mildew buildup was observed inside. PIC will have ice machine cleaned by 11/13/20. Microwave will be replaced also.

Inspector Notes: Observed wet wiping cloths used to wipe down prep tables (food contact surfaces) not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wet cloths laying on tables. COS: Wet wiping cloths removed.

Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed two scoops placed in water between uses. Temperature of water was 83°F and 87°F. Water temperature has to be 135°F or above. COS: Employee removed spoons and removed containers of water.
