On November 21, 2020, at approximately 2:40 pm, Decatur County Sheriff Deputy Anthony Stubbs, was advised by Corporal Aaron Austin, to respond to the intersection of Rock Pond and Eddie Avery Road, to check out a Burned 4-Wheeler.

On 11/21/2020, at approximately 2000 hours, Lt. Presilla was located at Spring Creek Road and John Sam Road conducting a road check. Offender, Walter Anderson was traveling east on Spring Creek Road. Anderson was checked for a valid driver license. Anderson’s license was suspended for child support. Anderson was arrested for Driving with Suspended License. Anderson was transported to Decatur County Jail without incident by Deputy Chris Jackson.

On November 20th, 2020, at approximately 2056 hours, Deputy Patrick Wilkinson was patrolling, when he observed what appeared to be a silver Honda Element, with one of the taillights that was not functioning. Dep. Wilkinson ran Samuel’s name and date of birth through Decatur-Grady 911, where it was discovered that Samuel did have a driver’s license, but that it had been suspended. Dep. Wilkinson explained to Samuel that he is being placed under arrest for Driving with a Suspended License. Samuel was transported to the Decatur County Jail without incident.
