One Comment on “Incident Reports 11/20/20”

  1. Re- Jacob Davis. 11/ 18
The Grady county sherriff Dept. Kenneth Weston began this chase without warrant Merritt or probable cause on an 18 year old Jacob Davis who suffers with mental disorder called opposition defiance disorder. His only crime BEFORE the chase was driving without a license. All other surrounding counties and city’s have active chase protocol. Not Grady County. This officer was already under review for a chase earlier the previous month for another high speed chase where the victim was shot 7 times by Weston. Alot of controversy surrounding that shooting. A lawsuit will be filed against all agencies and personnel surrounding both of these cases. The ACLU of Atlanta has spoken to Jacob’s father and he is expected to make a decision based on the DA’s decision on Jacobs case
