On Friday, September 4, 2020, at approximately 1156 hours, Lieutenant Patrick Trolinger, Deputy Aaron Austin, and Bainbridge Public Safety Captain Toby Miller were located at 128 Black Jack Rd., Lot 4, on an Outstanding Warrant search; searching for Ray Vanns Simmons. Simmons was located and arrested for a Probation Violation Warrant out of Grady County Sheriff’s Office; arrested without incident. Dep. Austin transported Simmons to the Decatur/Grady County line, Highway 84 east, and turned over to the Grady County Sheriff’s Dept.
