All items made or prepared Saturday (09/19) or Sunday (09/20). COS: PIC dated marked all items.

Inspector Notes: Observed a large plastic container of raw chicken in the 3-compartment sink submerged in water; not running water. COS: Chicken was removed and placed properly in cooler to finish thawing by PIC.
