The Bible (KJV) says,“Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though Christ did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God” (2 Cor. 5: 20; Eph. 6: 20).
A medium is “an intervening thing through which a force acts or an effect is produced.”
An ambassador is “the highest-ranking representative appointed by one country or government to represent it in another.” Christian’s are ambassadors commissioned by God to represent Heaven on earth. They are in this world but not of this world.
An ambassador is that medium through which his home country speaks to a foreign country.
Every human being is a medium to some degree and is knowingly or unknowingly consciously or unconsciously, communicating, and propagating a message from the spirit world into their world.
In this world we do not belong to some political party, or some race, or some one of many groups and organization, we belong to either good or evil. There are only saved and lost people as God sees us, and all the different sects, cliques, clubs, groups, and party’s are promoting either good or evil.
There is an evil person, Satan, who is using his children as mediums to propagate his lie and do his evil work. There is a Holy Person, God that is using His children as mediums to propagate His Truth and message of love and salvation and do His good work. The invisible world, the spirit world, is the real world and our world is subservient to it. The spirit world will not change but it is working to change our world through the medium of human beings. We are the visible hands, feet and lips of our invisible master. Our master and his will and work is animated through us.
Satan cannot speak audibly into our world, but he has those lost human beings that will speak his lies and deceive many and who will viciously and violently oppose the truth.
God does not speak audibly into our world as He did on Mount Sinai, but He has those saved human beings that will speak His Truth to lead men out of darkness into light and who will faithfully oppose Satan’s lies.
Every human being is a medium being used by Satan or God, for evil or for good. And we are willing servants, for neither Satan nor God can usurp our will, for if they can then it is no longer our free will. Both God and Satan work through human agency and man’s power of choice (Eph.2:2; Phil.2:13). Their work is carried out and furthered as men choose to serve them. Neither can violate the sovereignty of the individual and usurp their power of choice, they can only influence their power of choice. We are willing mediums for the master or Master we choose to serve, and are a channel of blessing or a curse.
