Inspector Notes: Observed debris under and behind units at the serving line out front. Observed pieces of the wall broken at the bottom; cove mold area at front serving line. PIC will have floors cleaned by 03/05/2020 and will address the damage to the wall with maintenance today. Corrected by next inspection.
Bainbridge Memorial needs to do better, that’s very troubling.
It’s good but it needs to be 100. Don’t get me wrong I love Memorial Hospital. I’m always in there. I want it to be at it’s best at all times.
