Inspector Notes: Observed no hand soap available at hand washing sink used by employees in kitchen. Handwashing sink must be supplied with hand soap. COS: Employee put hand soap at hand sink.

Inspector Notes: Observed several wet wiping cloths laying around on food prep tables and counters and not stored in sanitizing solution. Wet wiping cloths used to wipe down and sanitize food prep tables and counters. Wet cloths must be stored in sanitizing solution between uses. COS: Employee removed all wet wiping cloths.

Inspector Notes: Observed a scoop in plastic bowl of water by warmer (cheese grits) stored between uses. Water temperature was 79°F. PIC removed scoop. Explained to employee proper procedures.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of commercial coolers, shelves, sinks in dishwashing area, and etc. PIC will have everything cleaned by 02/20/2020. EH advised to stop using rusted pans.
