Inspector Notes: Observed no paper towels at either handwashing sinks used by employees. Employee could not locate any paper towels to put at handwashing sinks. PIC stated they needed to put new batteries in the dispensers also. COS: PIC/CFSM installed paper towels at all the handwashing sinks.

4-2B – food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Inspector Notes: Observed a buildup of grease/food deposits on several plastic pans used to store items such as the taco shells, chips, taco bowls, etc. Plastic containers also show cracks. PIC will have containers replaced by 12/10/19. Past inspection showed they were to already have containers replaced.

15B – warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips

Inspector Notes: Observed no test strips in the establishment to test the sanitizing concentration. No test strips were available. COS: EH gave employee test strips to use until they have test strips. Will have test strips by 12/04/19.

Inspector Notes: Observed several flies in the kitchen and dishwashing area. PIC will contact pest control 12/04/19 to address the problem.

  1. We paid for a $13 box and a Chalupa and a Crunchwrap supreme and only got the $13 box and it was missing a burrito
    My husband paid over $20 I’m highly upset
